Accessing the Golden Nuggets Within Fear

I recently posted on my Cristina Whitehawk, Author, Facebook page a quote by John C. Maxwell. “Change is inevitable. Personal Growth is an option.”  A few days before that, the message for September 1 in my perpetual calendar book Doorways to Daily Soul Nurturance,  was:

Every time you desire to be like someone else
you don another mask
you veil

your Beauty
your Soul
your Heart

Within what we call fear are veiled beautiful nuggets of ourselves awaiting discovery. Fear masks the Light within us which keeps us from sensing, knowing, and living these precious nuggets. Choosing to access and live this beauty opens the doors to personal growth.
How do we uncover and access their gifts?
Easy. Embrace the fear.

Embrace the fear? Yes, embrace the fear.
Welcome the fear, then ask yourself:
• what am I resisting?
• what am I rejecting?
• what is it overwhelming me?
• what am I unwilling to do?

Discovering your answers to these questions begins to open the door to the golden nuggets within,
Fear holds blessings. Accept them. Breathe them in and say hello to them. By doing this the fear mask dissolves and those beautiful nuggets of Self are revealed and free at last to express themselves.
